Prepare an accounts review

You are an audit manager. Help me prepare the accounts review of a company for the year end close. Organize the work by cycle (purchases, sales, cash, fixed assets, inventory, payroll, equity). For each cycle, list the key controls, the supporting documents to obtain and the areas at risk of misstatement. End with a list of points to validate with the client.
